For too long, there has been a distance between the coffee drinker and the coffee farmer. As a roaster and coffee professional, my work is to be a bridge. I believe in transparent sourcing, in celebrating the skill of producers, and in sharing the rich, complex, and sometimes difficult history of this plant.
